ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE Mission Statement: The mission of the Architectural Committee is to maintain the architectural integrity of the Folsom Bluffs Complex. To this end, they will be making recommendations to the Folsom Bluffs Board of Directors, based on a clear interpretation of the CCNRs, on all matters pertaining to architectural changes made to the common and/or private areas of the complex. LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE Mission Statement: The mission of the Landscape Committee is to maintain the landscape integrity of the Folsom Bluffs Complex. To this end, they will be making recommendations to the Folsom Bluffs Board of Directors, based on a clear interpretation of the CCNRs, on all matters pertaining to landscaping changes made to the common areas of the complex.
